I believe that talent is more important than discipline. However, discipline should not be excluded completely. After all, without discipline talent lost.
In my opinion, talented people are investing in product per capita.
Talented people are much easier given the creation of the work.
And finally, how would people have not labored, talented man with a small amount of discipline can achieve very good results.
However, some people think that discipline is more important than talent. Nevertheless, I cannot consider these arguements convincing.
Firstly, the music can not be written because of the discipline of one. This requires talent and inspiration.
Secondly, something that a talented person will take a bit of time, it may take weeks for the average person.

People have always argued what is necessary for better performance at work, talent or discipline. Both opinions seem to have their reasons for existance.
   To my mind, the talented people can achieve better results at work. First of all, it is easier for them to learn and adapt. Moreover, they are quicker at making decisions and producing ideas which is necessary for business.    Nevertheless, I cannot possibly agree with these statements. Mistakes are part and parcel of any work and experimentation. If we are afraid of mistakes and deny experiments, we will never develop. More than that, you need to show skills and abilities at any work to be promoted.
   To conclude, I can say that to become a real professional you need to demonstrate real talent, but this does not mean that you can forget about discipline. We just need to make the best use of our potentional.
